Shipping

We ship standard with tracking number, all packages require signature upon delivery. You will get an email when your order is shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please note that any customs fees / duties and taxes related to your country are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs for rules that may apply to you. Abanded or refused parcels will not be eligible for refunds on shipped items, shipping cost, import duties or fees incurred.
We ship worldwide, please contact us if your country is not listed.

For all shipping, please include your phone number so the courier can contact you if necessary.

Returns / refunds Policy

Due to the fact that all our items are made to order as well as the intimate nature of our items, we do not accept returns/ refunds.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of checkout.
You can pay with Stripe or Paypal.

Production time & Delivery
All our items are handmade and made to order, please allow production time. As soon as your order is ready to dispatch you will receive an email.
Delivery time is an estimate, delays may occur due to customs clearance.
Steello Fashion is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. In the case this happens contact your local Post office to file a claim.
